Unravel. Exhale. Return.

Healing isn’t a transformation into someone new. It’s the quiet, radical act of finding your way back to who you’ve always been.

work with Rae

Therapy for the outsiders, the dreamers, and the deeply feeling.

I’m Rae (she/her). I see healing as a gentle returning: to your body, your voice, and your own rhythm.

My practice is a sanctuary for queer, neurodivergent, and body-diverse souls who are tired of being told they are "too much" or "not enough."

I’m not here to build a new you. I’m here to help you feel rooted in the one who’s been here all along.

Areas of Focus

You might see yourself in any of these experiences:

Self-Esteem & Identity

Struggling to trust your voice, your boundaries, or who you’re becoming.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Always “on,” always preparing, always trying to be enough.

Trauma & Emotional Exhaustion

Patterns you can’t break. Relationships that drain. A nervous system that won’t quiet.

Feeling at war with your body. Carrying shame from medical or family experiences. Exhausted by expectations about size or worth.

Body Image & Weight Bias

Therapy with Rae feels grounding, collaborative, and slow enough that your nervous system can keep up.

Clients often come in worried they’ll be judged, rushed, or told what to do. Here, none of that happens. This is a space to be fully human, not perfect.
